Agreement

These terms apply to your use of selliphone.vegas and to any sale you make to Sell iPhone Las Vegas, operated by Rebels Wireless INC ("we," "us"). By requesting a quote or selling us a device, you agree to them.

Quotes

A quote given by text, phone, or the website form is an estimate based on the model, storage, carrier status, and condition you describe. The final offer is confirmed in person when we check the device, and it may change if the device is not as described.

Ownership and eligibility

By offering a device for sale you confirm that you are its legal owner, that it is not reported lost or stolen, and that you have the right to sell it. We may decline any purchase, including a device we cannot verify, a device still linked to an active account or lock, or a device we reasonably believe is stolen.

Before you sell

Back up your data and remove your personal information. Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) or sign out of your Google and Samsung accounts (Samsung) before we meet. A device still tied to an account cannot be bought, so there is no offer. We are not responsible for data left on a device after a sale.

Meeting and payment

We meet at a safe public place or arrange local pickup, at a time and place agreed in advance. There is no walk-in store. Payment is made at the meeting by cash, Zelle, or Cash App after we check the device and you accept the final offer. Either of us may cancel before the sale is completed.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and give accurate information when you request a quote.

Limitation of liability

The website and quote process are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or a transaction with us.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
